1 Robert Leigh Claybrook (the defendant) appeals his conviction and sentence for the charge of aggravated driving under the influence (aggravated DUI) on an Arizona drivers license that had been revoked ten years earlier. The defendant also appeals his conviction and sentence for the aggravated charge of having a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.10 or more within two hours of driving on the same revoked drivers license. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
